work is always done correct very knowledgeable about products and in timely manner I would not use any other company.

I am ALWAYS pleased with Kennihans and my recent service call was no exception. Rob was awesome! With the amount of snow we have, he had to drag my old water tank through my yard which includes a hill. He did a great job installing the new hot water tank and took his time to make sure it was done well. He answered all my questions and explained things. Thank you for being just a call away!

On the coldest day of the year (-17), I thought I smelled gas in the basement. I was hoping it was my imagination but I thought I better call. I called and the polite voice on the other end said they could have someone come out in 20 minutes. I met a young guy who represented your company well. As he got closer to the furnace he said he smelled gas too. I knew this had to be an incredibly busy time but this fellow said he had better get someone with an infrared camera over to take a closer look. Soon another professional came along and he showed me why I was smelling gas. Then he said something I never expected. "Its dangerous to operate this furnace. We can't turn it back on". The temp outside was below zero. What was I going to do? They offered to bring space heaters over and said they would try to get me a new furnace ASAP. Unfortunately it was a Friday and they weren't sure they could get someone to come out on Saturday. But on a day where 4-6 inches of snow was predicted & falling, two pros came to our house. 5 hours later I had a new furnace and heat. I can't say enough about how I was treated and the service we received. Unbelievable! Thank you! Where do I get a Kennihan t-shrit?

Office staff is always super friendly. Service technicians are professional, thorough, and can answer questions easily. With other companies I have always felt that the technician was trying to sell something on the service call. Kennihan technicians ask if you need filters or the like but otherwise don't push product or services, which is greatly appreciated!

Very pleased with the on-time and efficient installation of our boiler heating system. The owner and installers worked extremely well with us to make sure we addressed all of the issues in heating our home evenly and cost-effectively. Workmen were neat and careful, cleaning up after themselves. We have enjoyed the winter and especially like the wireless thermostat for our family room.
